Bengaluru , July 10: Following a strategic investment from Tally Solutions, OTU India is set to accelerate its product development, customer acquisition, and geographic expansion within India’s rapidly growing HR and workforce management software market. Owned by Kaamlo Platform Pvt Ltd, OTU India shares a unified vision with Tally to simplify workforce management for India’s MSMEs through integrated, scalable digital solutions.

Product Innovation and Market Expansion
Over the next 12–24 months, OTU India will deploy the majority of the newly secured investment toward enhancing its flagship platform, OTUHRPLUS, and scaling its targeted marketing efforts. The company expects to achieve operational break-even during the current financial year and is already evaluating a follow-on Series A funding round to fuel global expansion.
“Tally’s strategic investment will focus almost entirely on product development and customer acquisition for OTUHRPLUS over the next 12–24 months,” noted Pratik Maheshwari, Co-founder of OTU India.
Digitizing India’s MSME Workforce
OTUHRPLUS digitizes the entire employee lifecycle – including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and shift management – with a particular focus on traditionally unorganized sectors such as manufacturing and construction.
“The manufacturing and construction industries have the greatest need. Providing dedicated support without price increases is only possible through our extensive channel partner network, allowing us to support businesses at scale,” Maheshwari added. “Overtime and shift management remain major, underserved pain points within the MSME ecosystem that our product directly addresses.”
Seamless, One-Click Tally Integration
A key pillar of this collaboration is the deep integration between OTUHRPLUS and Tally’s widely used business management software, TallyPrime. This allows businesses to securely synchronize workforce and payroll data, completely eliminating data mismatches between HR and finance teams.
