
This July, MoMo Café at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport invites guests to discover two unique editions of The Brunch Society. From the rustic kitchens of Bihar to the vibrant food culture of Asia, the July editions promise immersive dining experiences that bring authentic recipes, interactive stations, and rich culinary storytelling to the table.
The series begins on 12th July with The Brunch Society – Tales of Champaran, a special collaboration with Chef Rachana Prasad, celebrating the soulful cuisine of Bihar. Inspired by recipes passed down through generations, the brunch showcases the region’s bold spices and traditional recipes long regarded as hidden gems in India’s culinary landscape.
Guests can savour signature dishes including the iconic Champaran Mutton, traditionally slow-cooked in sealed earthen pots to develop its rich depth of flavour, alongside Mutton Goli, Sarson Machhli, the beloved Litti Chokha, and the comforting Dal Ki Dulhan. Each dish reflects the warmth, simplicity, and authenticity of Bihari home-style cooking, offering guests an opportunity to experience one of India’s most distinctive regional cuisines through Chef Rachana Prasad’s signature interpretation.
Continuing the culinary journey on 26th July, The Brunch Society – Essence of Asia brings together the bold flavours and fresh ingredients from across the continent. Inspired by bustling markets and contemporary Asian cafés, the brunch presents an interactive menu celebrating diverse flavours from East and Southeast Asia.
Guests can enjoy comforting bowls of Ramen, fresh and colourful Poke Bowls, freshly grilled Satay, and nourishing Buddha Bowls, creating an afternoon that is both vibrant and satisfying.
