July 7 :Trident Group has been recognised at the 10th Edition of the CII National Energy Efficiency Circle Competition 2026, held on 2–3 July 2026 under the theme “Powering the Net Zero Goals”, for its continued efforts towards energy efficiency, sustainability and responsible manufacturing.
Trident Group secured three notable honours at the national level, emerging as the National Winner for Best Case Study on Low Carbon/Carbon Neutral Initiatives & Net Zero Roadmap , earning the National Gold Winner Award for Best Environmental, Social & Governance Practices , and receiving Strong Commitment Recognition under the Best Energy Efficient Organization category.
Notably, the categories for Best Case Study on Low Carbon/Carbon Neutral Initiatives & Net Zero Roadmap and Best Environmental, Social & Governance Practices , were introduced by CII for the first time this year, making the recognition particularly significant. Additionally, the Group received the Excellent Energy Efficient Organization award for the third time, reaffirming its longstanding commitment to sustainability and operational excellence after earlier recognitions in 2016 and 2017. Winning across multiple categories at a national platform of this stature underscores the depth of Trident’s commitment to embedding sustainability into every aspect of its operations – from strategy and innovation to execution and impact.
Organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry , the competition serves as a premier national platform for showcasing innovative practices in energy efficiency, sustainability and climate action. The 10th edition brought together businesses, technology providers and sustainability professionals from across the country to exchange knowledge, share best practices and accelerate India’s progress towards its Net Zero ambitions.
