Hosted across Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Indore, Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore and Kochi, SPL brought together employees from across the organisation. Commenting on the initiative, Shweta Singh, Senior Vice President, Spinny, said: “At Spinny, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to grow, fostering a strong sense of belonging and connection remains one of our biggest priorities. Spinny Premier League is a reflection of that commitment – it brings together colleagues across cities, functions and teams, creating opportunities to build relationships beyond day-to-day work. Watching employees from sales, customer experience, relationship management, inspections, operations, technology and business teams come together under one banner of #squadspinny is incredibly special. The tournament celebrates the energy, teamwork and culture that define who we are as an organisation. Our people are our greatest strength, and SPL is one of the many ways we celebrate them. Together, we go far.”

Employee engagement remains a key pillar of Spinny’s people philosophy. Through initiatives such as the Spinny Premier League, the company continues to create opportunities for employees across teams and geographies to come together beyond work, fostering meaningful connections and reinforcing a collaborative workplace culture. By bringing people together through shared experiences, SPL reflects Spinny’s belief that strong organisations are built not only on shared business goals, but also on trust, teamwork and a strong sense of belonging.
