Over the last two and a half decades, his career has taken him across diverse destinations in India, where he has successfully led teams, opened new chapters for hotels and nurtured a culture centred around people.
His professional journey spans leading Marriott’s renowned brands including JW Marriott, Marriott Hotels Resort & Spa, Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield by Marriott across cities including Mumbai, Goa, Bengaluru, Agra, Raipur including 5 years in United Kingdom, each assignment contributing to his rich experience and leadership philosophy.
Known for his people-first approach, operational excellence and innovative thinking, Vinayak has consistently transformed hotels into destinations known not only for exceptional guest satisfaction but also for engaged associates and high-performing teams.
