Yatharth Super Specialty Hospital Promotes Healthy Living on International Yoga Day

Noida/Greater Noida, June 22: On the occasion of International Yoga DayYatharth Super Specialty Hospital organized special yoga sessions and community yoga camps at various locations across Noida and Greater Noida. Through these initiatives, people were encouraged to adopt a healthy lifestyle and make yoga an integral part of their daily routine.

More than 300 local residents enthusiastically participated in a community yoga camp organized by Yatharth Super Specialty Hospital, Noida Extension, at Authority Park near Centurion Low Rise, Greater Noida West. During the event, participants practiced various yoga techniques, including Anulom-Vilom, Kapalbhati, and Pranayama, aimed at enhancing physical fitness, mental well-being, and overall health. Under the guidance of experienced yoga instructors, attendees learned different yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques.

Continuing its commitment to preventive healthcare and community well-being, Yatharth Super Specialty Hospital, Noida 110, successfully conducted special yoga sessions in Sectors 105 and 108, Noida, on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2026. This year’s theme was *“Yoga for Healthy Ageing.”*

The programs witnessed active participation from local residents, healthcare experts, yoga instructors, and community representatives, who emphasized the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga.

In Sector 108, the event was organized at Central Park in collaboration with the RWA Sector 108 and the Indian Yoga Institute. Participants practiced various yoga postures, pranayama, and meditation techniques under the supervision of experienced yoga trainers. The primary objective of the session was to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and promote healthy ageing.

Similarly, in Sector 105, more than 200 local residents enthusiastically participated in a yoga session organized in association with RWA Sector 105. The event reflected the growing awareness among people regarding preventive healthcare and holistic well-being.
