India, June 22 — Deel, the leading global payroll and HR platform, unveiled a sweeping slate of new products at its Big Deel London event, putting AI agents at the core of how the world’s teams are hired, paid, and managed. The launches span the platform: AI agents and no-code automation across the global workforce, with AI analytics, an AI-vetted talent marketplace, unified global benefits, stablecoin payouts and a wallet for employees and contractors, and a global immigration system of record.

Deel AI turns plain-language requests into completed work

Global teams still lose hours every week to manual admin. With Deel AI, you describe what you need in plain language, and it routes to the right specialist agent, or builds the workflow itself, across hiring, HR, payroll, IT, and compliance. Agentic Workflows, now live, lets any team build those automations with no code and no IT: describe a rule, review what Deel builds, and let it run. AI Analytics answers workforce questions across HR, payroll, and EOR data in one permission-controlled view, no analyst or export required. Every action stays inside the guardrails you set, with a human in the loop and an audit trail on each step.

A global payroll platform with Deel Benefits built in natively

Managing benefits across countries has always meant assembling a separate stack: local brokers for coverage, an enrollment platform for elections, and a data transfer to push deductions into payroll. Deel Benefits brings it together natively, across 130+ countries. From a built-in marketplace of local brokers and plans, HR teams can now configure coverage, run open enrollment, and manage qualifying life events in the same platform where payroll runs, with deductions updating automatically, no exports or reconciliation. Deel is also building benefits directly: starting with UK pensions, employees browse, compare, and enrol in minutes without leaving the Deel platform. Deel ran this for workers across 134 countries before opening it to customers.

ATS Pro and the AI Vetted Marketplace cut the sourcing stack without cutting choice

Talent teams juggle more vendors than ever to keep a pipeline alive: a job board for volume, a subscription for outbound, an agency for hard roles, each with its own contract and invoice. Deel brings these into one place without taking away the choice of how to source. ATS Pro is for teams that want to drive the search themselves: source from millions of candidates across connected job boards, match CVs to roles with AI, generate interview summaries (with candidate opt-out), and post to multiple boards at once. The team decides who advances, and candidate data is never used to train AI models.

Every candidate in the AI Vetted Marketplace is pre-assessed and actively looking, so teams aren’t chasing, they’re choosing. Part of Deel’s broader Talent offering, it’s live in the US, UK, and India and expanding as the network grows, and Talent can match teams with vetted recruitment partners for hard-to-fill roles. Both launch on June 23, giving teams outbound at scale and a curated shortlist without another vendor to manage.

Deel Mobility becomes the system of record for global immigration

Immigration still runs on scattered email threads across outside vendors, internal legal teams, and case managers. Deel Mobility pulls it into one dashboard as a full system of record. Teams open cases in plain language, while Deel’s 100+ in-house mobility experts across 100+ countries handle execution, with real-time law monitoring and continuous right-to-work checks built in.

Deel completes its stablecoin infrastructure for global pay

Deel’s vision is to be the financial infrastructure for global work: any business able to pay any worker, in any currency, on any rail, anywhere. Contractors have long withdrawn earnings in stablecoins. Since January, businesses can fund payroll from a stablecoin treasury, with no FX and settlement in minutes. In May, salary payouts reached employees in the US and Eurozone, fee-free for employees. Now the contractor wallet completes the picture, so employers, employees, and contractors can all operate in fiat or stablecoins under one compliance layer. The wallet holds a balance in DLUSD, Deel’s dollar-backed stablecoin, inside the platform millions already use. Contractors can hold earnings in a stable currency, become eligible to earn rewards, and spend worldwide with the Deel Card (coming Q3 2026).

Together, the launches reflect Deel’s global scale: the platform now supports over 1.5 million workers and more than 40,000 customers across 150+ countries.
