New Delhi, June 18 : Rusk Media, India’s new-age digital entertainment company having its headquarters in Mumbai, announced the successful closing of its INR 100 Crore Pre–Series C funding round. The round was led by Nazara Technologies Limited, with significant institutional participation from InfoEdge Ventures, IvyCap Ventures and a consortium led by Audacity VC.
The investment will accelerate Rusk Media’s expansion across content, platform, and technology, scaling its most successful youth-led intellectual properties, including I-Popstar, its flagship talent reality franchise, and Engaged, an unscripted reality dating show, to new languages and international audiences.
Proceeds will also be deployed to grow Alright! TV, Rusk Media’s proprietary mobile entertainment destination built for Gen Z, and to launch a new pipeline of sports and audio-first content formats targeting Gen Z and Gen Alpha consumers.
Central to Rusk Media’s next phase is the deep integration of AI-led production capabilities across its content workflows. The company will use this capital to build proprietary AI tools that reduce production costs, increase content velocity, and unlock scalable brand solutions and monetization features within the Alright! TV ecosystem.
