June 16 : This Father’s Day, Cafe Calma and Bili Hu Coffee come together to present a first of its kind Coffee Omakase experience, an afternoon dedicated to craft, conversations and the art of slowing down.

Designed as a five course tasting journey, the experience explores coffee beyond the everyday cup. Guests will discover Bili Hu’s specialty brews through different techniques and expressions, paired thoughtfully with a menu curated by Cafe Calma.
The afternoon begins with a smooth cold brew creation paired with seeded crackers, house butters and sumac spiced nuts, followed by a bright washed coffee pour over served alongside a chilli chocolate dressed fresh salad.
The journey continues with a natural coffee brew paired with sourdough, whipped feta, grilled peach and toasted nuts, followed by a French press brew complemented by asparagus and brown butter risotto with toasted hazelnuts. The experience concludes with an espresso finale alongside Shibuya toast, malted brown butter gelato, espresso drizzle and cacao nibs.
More than a tasting, it is a moment to pause, connect and discover coffee in a new way, celebrating the stories and conversations that unfold around the table.
