BorderPlus launches Finishing School in Bengaluru to prepare Indian youth for global healthcare careers

New Delhi/Bengaluru June 16: Healthcare talent and training platform BorderPlus announced the launch of its Finishing School in Bengaluru in association with ABA (Aadarsh Business Advisory) and Omega Media Lab. The initiative aims to equip students and aspiring healthcare professionals from across India with job-ready skills for international healthcare opportunities, particularly in Europe. The Finishing School will operate from AVK School of Nursing, Banashankari, Bengaluru. The initiative focuses on building a pipeline of trained nurses and caregivers who can seamlessly transition into overseas healthcare systems. The programme combines clinical upskilling with intensive language training, cultural orientation and end-to-end immigration support, addressing the growing demand for skilled professionals in countries such as Germany. According to BorderPlus, the Finishing School is designed to bridge the gap between domestic training and global employability. The curriculum integrates AI-powered learning tools, including AI Companion for personalised training and AI CarePilot for workplace productivity, enabling candidates to adapt quickly to international standards of care.
