Through VYKA Art Studio, Vanitha Anchuri transforms wedding garlands, childhood mementos, and personal stories into timeless works of art.
Hyderabad, June 16……For many professionals, a career break often marks the end of one chapter. For Hyderabad-based entrepreneur and artist Vanitha Anchuri, it became the beginning of a remarkable new journey.
A former software professional with a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA), Vanitha has successfully transformed her passion for creativity into a thriving venture, helping people preserve their most cherished memories through customized resin art.
Originally from Mancherial, with family roots in Vemulawada and Karimnagar, Vanitha worked in the software industry for nearly five years before taking a break from her career to focus on raising her two sons and supporting her family.
“My husband works in the software industry, and after becoming a mother, I chose to dedicate my time to my children. But my passion for creativity remained alive,” says Vanitha.
An avid lover of singing, reading, arts, and crafts, Vanitha spent years exploring creative pursuits before discovering the fascinating world of Resin Art and Lippan Art. What began as a hobby soon evolved into a profession that combines artistry, personalization, and emotion.
Today, through her venture VYKA Art Studio, she creates customized resin artworks that transform special memories into timeless keepsakes. Her stall at just concluded FICCI FLOs Style Tatva was one of the most visited stalls.
Her product range includes customized resin nameplates, wedding varamala preservation frames, wall clocks, engagement platters, coffee tables, mantra frames, wall décor pieces, corporate gifts, and personalized home décor items. The price range for her creations starts from ₹2,000, with costs varying based on size, design complexity, and customization requirements.
One of her most popular offerings is Wedding Varamala Preservation, a unique concept that allows couples to preserve their wedding garlands and transform them into elegant wall clocks, decorative frames, wall art, and other keepsakes that can be treasured for a lifetime.
“Wedding garlands hold immense emotional value. Instead of discarding them after the ceremony, they can become beautiful reminders of one of life’s most memorable days,” she explains.
Her work also extends to preserving childhood memories. Parents often entrust her with their children’s first shoes, miniature toys, hospital bands, toy cars, and other sentimental items, which she artistically preserves within resin creations.
Among her innovative concepts is Spice Theme Resin Art, where spices, lentils, grains, and kitchen ingredients are artistically arranged and preserved to create striking decorative pieces. These artworks beautifully reflect India’s rich culinary traditions and cultural heritage.
What truly sets Vanitha apart is her ability to customize each piece according to the customer’s profession, interests, hobbies, or personal story. Whether it is a doctor’s clinic, a lawyer’s office, a corporate workspace, a hotel, a restaurant, or a family home, every creation is designed to reflect the client’s unique identity.
Her customers include homeowners, newly married couples, parents, corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, and businesses seeking customized décor and memory-preservation products. Through her work, she helps people transform their special moments into meaningful keepsakes that can be cherished for generations.
Restarting her professional journey after a long career break was not without challenges. “After spending several years focusing on my family, stepping back into the professional world required confidence and determination. I overcame those challenges through continuous learning, regular practice, networking, and most importantly, believing in my passion,” says Vanitha.
Balancing entrepreneurship and family responsibilities remains an important part of her journey. She carefully plans her schedule around her family’s needs and maximizes her available time to ensure both her personal and professional commitments receive equal attention.
“Strong family support and proper planning have helped me successfully manage both my work and family life,” she adds.
Today, Vanitha’s creations adorn homes, offices, hotels, restaurants, and commercial establishments. Her work has attracted appreciation from customers who value both the artistic appeal and emotional significance of personalized resin art.
Looking ahead, Vanitha has ambitious plans for the future. Her goal is to establish VYKA Art Studio as a trusted and recognized brand in customized resin art and handcrafted décor. She also plans to expand her product portfolio, participate in more exhibitions, and eventually open a dedicated art studio where creativity, craftsmanship, and personalization come together under one roof.
Vanitha’s journey from software professional to artist serves as an inspiring reminder that it is never too late to pursue one’s passion. Through her creativity and determination, she is not just creating decorative products—she is preserving memories, celebrating milestones, and turning emotions into enduring works of art.
In a world where moments often pass by too quickly, Vanitha Anchuri is ensuring that some memories last forever.
