In a world that rarely slows down, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE invites guests and residents to reconnect with themselves this June with a curated programme celebrating International Yoga Day. Designed around the principles of mindfulness and intentional living, the experiences offer an opportunity to step away from daily routines and embrace a renewed sense of well-being.
Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru will mark International Yoga Day on June 21 ,with two specially curated sessions at Infuse Spa. The day begins with Morning Ritual, led by yoga practitioner Riya Davda, and concludes with Evening Solace, guided by Hamsalekha Naidu. Together, the sessions offer guests the opportunity to start and end their day with practices that encourage focus, relaxation and self-awareness. Following every session, guests are invited to gather and mingle over a complimentary selection of thoughtfully prepared, nutrient-rich light refreshments curated by the hotel’s culinary team.
“Wellness is an intentional journey and at Four Seasons, we aim to provide the space and intuitive care necessary for our guests to thrive,” says Gautam Shankar, Public Relations & Marketing and Manager. “Whether it is through the strength-building energy of Yoga Sculpt or the mindful, scenic flows of Yoga Day, we look forward to welcoming our guests to breathe, move, and find our pause together.”
Guests are invited to experience wellness in a setting designed to inspire balance and restoration.
