India, May 29: Zopper, India’s leading insurtech and device protection platform, and London-based consumer technology unicorn, Nothing, today announced a strategic year-long partnership to co-create and distribute a comprehensive suite of device protection plans under the brand name “Nothing Care Powered by Zopper”.

The partnership will launch with a pilot in Mumbai on 2nd June 2026, followed by a phased rollout across the rest of Maharashtra and the entire West region.

This collaboration brings together Nothing’s premium brand experience and Zopper’s deep-rooted expertise in protection-plan technology and operations. Together, the companies aim to deliver an end-to-end device protection ecosystem that is seamless, transparent, and customer-first, values that define both brands. Nothing will own the customer relationship and the Nothing Care brand program. At the same time, Zopper will power the protection-plan infrastructure, technology platform, operations, and servicing workflows that make it all possible.

As the technology and protection-plan partner for Nothing Care in India, Zopper’s role spans the full lifecycle of device protection. Zopper has designed custom packs to offer a wide array of choices to customers looking to buy smartphone plans:

●      Distribution and management of four protection plan tiers — ADLD, Screen Protection, Extended Warranty, and the flagship Mobile Total Care (MTC) combo plan

●      API integrations enabling real-time plan activation and customer onboarding at the point of sale

●      End-to-end claims workflow management, claim tracking, and backend operations

●      Policy servicing across retail and online channels, covering both smartphones and wearables

Zopper’s program is fully automated and transparent with integrations across multiple OEMs, retailers, service partners, logistics partners, payment providers, call centres, carriers and other members of the device warranty ecosystem.
