Ahmedabad, May 22 : There is something about Thai food that refuses to be replicated. The fine delicate balance between sour, sweet, salt and spices that sometimes take years – or even generations – to master. This summer, The Forum Hotel & Convention brings all of that to your table, taking you on an unforgettable culinary journey through Thailand.

AURII, the hotel’s premium all-day dining restaurant, is hosting Sawadee Kha – a Thai Food Festival running from 19th May to 8th June, every evening from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The menu travels between Thailand’s street corners and its royal kitchens – Tom Yum, Tom Kha, Green and Red Curry, Pad Thai, Satay, Som Tam, Thai Spring Rolls, Mango Sticky Rice – cooked with ingredients sourced for authenticity: galangal, kaffir lime, Thai basil, bird’s eye chilli, coconut milk. Nothing substituted. Nothing approximated.
At the heart of the experience is MasterChef Vina, whose live kitchen sessions offer guests an unfiltered look at the timing, technique, and instinct that define great Thai cooking.
Through the evenings, live Thai dancers and a traditional musician performing from Thailand bring the spirit of the country into the room – making Sawadee Kha as much about atmosphere as it is about the food.
“With Sawadee Kha, we wanted to bring the authenticity, vibrancy, and warmth that make Thai cuisine so universally loved – where guests enjoy familiar favourites while discovering the craftsmanship behind them,” said Mr. Kalpesh Prajapati, Managing Director, The Forum Hotel & Convention.
