ST. LOUIS, May 20 — Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of University Termite & Pest Control (University) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers and a TSCP portfolio company. Based in Tucson, Arizona, University has a long-standing reputation for providing high-quality pest management solutions to both commercial and residential customers. The acquisition of University enhances PestCo’s capabilities in Arizona, a prominent and expanding market for pest control services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
