Gurugram, May 19 : VimanoTech, a technology-driven company focused on digital innovation and next-generation business solutions, recently organised a student engagement and educational support initiative at Sapno Ke Pankh School in Gurugram. The initiative brought together employees, volunteers, and students for a day dedicated to creative learning, interaction, and educational encouragement.

As part of the programme, the company distributed essential learning materials, including school bags, water bottles, sketchbooks, crayons, and other stationery items, to students studying at the school. The initiative was aimed at supporting children from underserved communities by contributing to their everyday learning needs while also creating a more engaging and participative environment through activity-led interaction.
The event featured a series of creative and recreational activities, including a drawing competition, group games, interactive sessions, and engagement exercises designed to encourage self-expression, creativity, confidence-building, and collaborative participation among students. Children actively participated in the activities alongside members of the VimanoTech team, making the programme both experiential and community-driven in nature.
With increasing focus on creating meaningful grassroots impact through direct community participation, organisations across sectors are moving beyond conventional support models and investing in engagement-led initiatives that create more personal and long-term value. Through this initiative, VimanoTech aimed to contribute to creating positive learning experiences for children while encouraging participation, creativity, and interaction beyond the classroom.
The programme also witnessed over 100 employees from the company volunteering their time to interact with students through storytelling, games, creative exercises, and informal conversations, helping build a more open and encouraging atmosphere for the children. Additionally, as part of its community outreach efforts, VimanoTech organised a meal distribution drive, providing freshly prepared meals to over 500 individuals, further extending the impact of the initiative beyond the school and into the wider community. The initiative was conceptualised to not only provide educational essentials but also create memorable experiences that inspire confidence and joyful learning among students.
