New Delhi, May 13 : Harajuku Bakehouse, known for its meticulous approach to Japanese-style baking, introduces Mango Matsuri, a limited summer menu that centres India’s beloved Alphonso mango within classic Japanese pastry technique. Matsuri, meaning festival in Japanese, sets the tone for a seasonal celebration of ripe, fragrant mangoes woven into cakes, tarts, puddings and drinks with precision and care.

The bakery menu features several new offerings, including the signature Hokkaido Mango Milk Cake, a rich vanilla sponge soaked in mango flavoured milk and finished with Alphonso mango. The Mango Rose Tart pairs an almond sablé shell with mango-vanilla pastry cream, topped with mangoes and pistachios. Japanese technique comes through in the airy Mango Roll Cake and soft Mango Mochi, while the Mango Bento and Mango Fraisier reinterpret layered classics with mango compote and cream. The menu is rounded out by the Mango Puru Puru Pudding, a delicate, jiggly mango dessert served with cookie crumbs and mango sauce.
The beverage lineup complements the menu with equal finesse. The Sea of Japan layers mango and passion fruit with earthy matcha and blue spirulina, creating a visually striking, refreshing summer drink inspired by coastal flavours. The Mango Matcha Colada blends ripe mango and coconut into a smooth base, finished with a velvety matcha foam. The caffeine-free Coconut Sakura Iced Latte captures the soft blush of cherry blossom season in a single glass.
Mango Matsuri is available for both dine-in and delivery. The menu features a mix of eggless and egg-based offerings.
