The state-of-the-art central kitchen significantly strengthens Sodexo’s service capabilities across North India, complementing an established network of central kitchens in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Spread across 11,000 sq. ft., the facility is engineered for high-volume productivity without compromising on nutritional integrity or food safety. It is equipped to deliver up to 22,000 meals per day across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with 80% scalability margin, allowing production to expand to 40,000 meals daily, supporting services for a growing client base across the region.

- Freshness & Logistics: Meals are transported via a dedicated fleet of temperature-controlled, EV vehicles to ensure optimal freshness while supporting lower-carbon delivery operations.
