May 11: Intellect Design Arena, an AI-first global financial technology company, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2026, reporting strong growth driven by rising adoption of its AI-native banking and enterprise platforms.

The company reported total income of ₹3,161 crore for FY26, reflecting a 23% increase compared to ₹2,577 crore in FY25. EBITDA for the year crossed ₹700 crore, while profit before tax stood at ₹493 crore.

A major contributor to growth was the sharp rise in license-linked revenue, which includes platform, license, and AMC revenues. The company reported license-linked revenue of ₹1,667 crore during FY26, up from ₹1,247 crore in the previous financial year.

For Q4 FY26, the company reported total income of ₹884 crore and EBITDA of ₹221 crore, highlighting sustained momentum across global markets.

According to the company, FY26 marked a significant milestone in its long-term AI strategy as it entered what it describes as the “AI-Native Enterprise” phase, supported by its flagship platforms eMACH.ai and Purple Fabric.

The company stated that eMACH.ai currently supports more than 700 microservices, 3,061 APIs, and 942 events, while Purple Fabric operates with over 550 domain-aware AI agents designed for regulated financial environments.

During FY26, the company secured 59 new customer wins globally and completed 91 digital transformation go-lives across financial institutions worldwide.

Commenting on the performance, Arun Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Intellect Design Arena, said:

The company also highlighted several strategic product launches during the year, including AI-first banking platforms, Islamic banking solutions, and enterprise AI subscription platforms aimed at accelerating intelligent automation and contextual decision-making.

Globally, the company secured multiple strategic wins across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, India, and APAC markets in areas such as payments, digital banking, treasury management, transaction banking, wealth management, and AI-driven governance solutions.

On the organisational front, the company announced leadership transitions including the retirement of Sudha Gopalakrishnan effective May 31, 2026.

Krishna Rajaraman will transition into the redesigned role of Head – Customer Delivery Experience, while Vivek Gupta has been redesignated as Chief Customer Officer.

Additionally, Prashant Lalchandani has been appointed as the company’s Chief Technology Officer effective June 1, 2026.

The Board of Directors has also recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per share along with a special dividend of ₹3 per share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The company further strengthened its innovation credentials during the year, with 125 patents filed across AI, composable banking architecture, wealth management, insurance, and transaction banking domains. It also received recognition from leading global analyst firms including Gartner, IDC, Forrester, Celent, and Chartis.
