Gurugram, Apr 30: Serial entrepreneur and founder of Healthians, Deepak Sahni, has announced hiring for his recently unveiled mystery startup, Un:Bloc. In a bid to scale the venture from conviction to a full-scale platform, Sahni is looking to hire a core team of specialists which he will cureate personally.
A few days back, Deepak Sahni announced Un:bloc, his new mystery venture after creating Healthians and making it a ₹3000 crore mammoth. In his post, he shared that Un:Bloc is looking for profiles including Senior Flutter Engineers, Senior UX Designers, AI/ML Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, QA & Test Automation Engineers, and IT & Security Engineers. “The founding thesis is real. The science behind it is real. The early results are real. And the team building it has done this before, if you know what Healthians built in diagnostics across India, you know we don’t start things we don’t finish. We’re not looking for people who are between things. We’re looking for people who are so deeply committed to their craft that they’re selective about what they give it to, and who read “UN:BLOC” and feel something shift,” Deepak Sahni stated in his post.
Un:bloc was announced on Sahni’s LinkedIn through a post earlier this month, which stated,
“12 years ago, I started Healthians with no playbook, just conviction. What we built changed how India experiences diagnostics. After Healthians, a lot of people asked, ‘What’s next?’ It’s Un:Bloc. Bigger in ambition. Deeper in purpose. And more meaningful in impact.”
Deepak has also committed ₹100 crores to back the next generation of Indian startups and is now focusing his expertise on his new mystery startup Un:Bloc. The hiring of this core team marks the first major operational step for the startup, which Sahni hints will disrupt the stagnant healthcare industry just as his previous venture transformed diagnostics.
