New Delhi, Apr 09: OptiValue Tek, a global digital engineering and AI-led technology consulting firm, has announced a major milestone in its defence technology journey with the securing of a multi-million dollar government order. Building on its recent entry into the defence sector through the launch of its indigenous Integrated Counter-UAV Defence System (ICUDS), this development marks a significant step in the company’s expansion into mission-critical national security solutions.

Awarded via the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), the deal represents a large-scale defence contract involving advanced sensing and detection technologies aligned with OptiValue Tek’s recently launched Integrated Counter-UAV Defence System (ICUDS). The order underscores growing confidence in the company’s ability to build cutting-edge, indigenous defence technologies.
This development follows OptiValue Tek’s strategic entry into defence with ICUDS—an AI-driven counter-drone platform designed to detect, track, and neutralize modern aerial threats, including autonomous and RF-silent drones that can evade traditional systems. The platform is engineered to support a wide range of operational environments across defence, army, and naval applications, where real-time threat detection and response are critical.
Built on a multi-layered sensor fusion architecture, ICUDS combines RF intelligence, acoustic detection, and electro-optical surveillance to deliver fast and accurate threat identification. As drone threats become more sophisticated and widespread, such advanced systems are becoming essential for safeguarding critical assets and strengthening operational readiness across defence forces.
Commenting on the development, Ashish Kumar, Founder and Managing Director, OptiValue Tek, said:
“This multi-million dollar order is a strong validation of our technology vision and our commitment to building indigenous, future-ready defence solutions. As aerial threats continue to evolve, there is an increasing need for intelligent systems that can operate with speed, accuracy, and reliability across complex environments. Our ICUDS platform is designed to meet these challenges while supporting India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat vision.”
OptiValue Tek’s growing presence in defence technology reflects a broader strategic shift toward building AI-powered, mission-critical systems that go beyond enterprise digital transformation to support national security, infrastructure protection, and next-generation innovation.
