HOUSTON, April 9 — Efficient Markets is excited to host the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) upcoming online federal oil and gas lease sale in New Mexico and Texas. The BLM is offering 74 parcels totaling 33,530 acres, with the auction scheduled for May 20, 2026.
