Yes Madam Expands Gig Worker Safety Net for 7,500 plus Professionals with Health, Insurance and Financial Support on World Health Day

Apr 07: Marking World Health DayYes Madam, one of India’s fastest-growing home salon and wellness platforms, announced the expansion of its partner welfare efforts with a structured health and financial safety net for its network of over 7,500 service professionals. The initiative includes full body health check-ups and doctor consultations in partnership with Healthians, along with health insurance cover of ₹2 lakh, term insurance of ₹20 lakh, provision for health-related financial assistance of ₹50,000 and access to legal consultation.

The move reflects a more structured approach towards strengthening long-term well-being and financial resilience within Yes Madam’s partner ecosystem. The benefits will also be extended to new service professionals joining the platform, ensuring continued access as the network grows. At a broader level, the initiative reflects the evolving needs of India’s gig workforce, where there is an increasing focus on strengthening access to healthcare, insurance, and financial security. 

It also builds on the brand’s efforts to evolve the gig work model through partner-first initiatives, including a 0% commission model for high-performing partners which enables them to retain their full earnings upon meeting internal benchmarks. The company has also introduced a 0% commission policy for pregnant service professionals, supporting women partners during key life stages. Additionally, initiatives such as curated retreat experiences for Queen Partners are aimed at bringing service professionals closer to the brand ecosystem.
