SAN DIEGO, April 1 — GALT Aerospace (“GALT,” or the “Company”), a leading defense innovator delivering warfighter centric command, control, and communications (“C3”) solutions for airborne systems, today announced that it has received a strategic investment from Godspeed Capital Management LP (“Godspeed”), a lower middle-market Defense & Government services, solutions, and technology-focused private equity firm. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in San Diego, GALT is a cutting-edge provider of mission-critical C3 solutions with core capabilities across airborne networking, multi-domain communications, radio / waveform integration, rapid prototyping, and systems engineering. The product-driven defense technology firm is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for joint all-domain command & control (“JADC2”) enabling solutions, supported by strong industry tailwinds and the drive for next-generation technology modernization. Since its founding, GALT has developed a vast portfolio of rapidly deployable, high-altitude networking and sensing systems that enhance multi-domain connectivity in support of modern defense operations, across the U.S. armed forces including the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Air Force.
