Under the agreement, Collinson Insurance will give Bujaldon greater ownership and control over its claims service delivery, reducing resolution times from weeks to around 3 days.
The new strategic partnership with Bujaldon is set to transform the claims landscape in Spain, offering significantly enhanced service levels and faster response times for customers and travel agencies.
By working closely with a well-established Spanish travel insurance brokerage, Collinson Insurance is delivering a flexible model that can adapt to regional market needs while responding to common operational pressures faced by distributors of travel insurers across Europe. The approach has been designed to support partners in different markets where faster, more transparent claims handling is becoming increasingly important. Collinson Insurance already supports clients and their customers across 22 EU markets, and this partnership represents a commitment to Spain while expanding collaboration with travel insurance providers across the region.
