Effective March 31, 2026, Mr. Srinivasan has concluded his tenure as Managing Director. We are pleased to announce that Mr. Aman Kirloskar has assumed the role of Managing Director for a five-year term, effective April 1, 2026. His appointment follows strong endorsement from our shareholders through the recently concluded postal ballot process.
