New Delhi, India, Mar 31: Cherryn Dogra, Chief Marketing Officer at Bharti Real Estate, has been honoured with the prestigious HERizons Awards by Nippon India, recognising her exceptional journey and contribution to the field of marketing across real estate segment.

The award ceremony was held at Andaz Delhi Aerocity in the presence of distinguished leaders, which included Meenakshi Lekhi, Former Minister of State for External Affairs of India and Sharad Malhotra, Managing Director of Nippon Paint India. The HERizons platform celebrates women leaders who have made a meaningful impact in their respective domains, acknowledging their leadership, resilience, and contribution to shaping industries.

On receiving the award, Cherryn Dogra said, “This recognition is truly meaningful not only as a professional milestone, but as an acknowledgment of the journey, the challenges, and the learnings along the way. Marketing, particularly in a sector like real estate, continues to evolve; it requires not just creativity, but a deeper understanding of consumer sentiment and aspirations.

As women, we often navigate multiple roles and expectations, and platforms like HERizons play an important role in acknowledging such journeys while encouraging a more inclusive perspective on leadership. I believe that diverse viewpoints contribute to stronger ideas and more meaningful outcomes. I hope this, in its own way, encourages more women to pursue their ambitions with confidence and continue supporting one another along the way.”

With over two decades of experience in marketing, Ms. Dogra has built a distinguished career spanning multiple sectors. Prior to her foray into real estate, she held key marketing leadership roles at globally renowned multinational beverage companies such as Pernod Ricard and William Grant & Sons. She began her real estate journey with Lodha Group and went on to lead marketing for some of India’s most prominent developers, including DLF Limited and Emaar India.

An alumna of Amity Business School and Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Dogra is also currently pursuing her Ph.D., focusing on Leadership and Sustainability, further strengthening her commitment to continuous learning and thought leadership.

More than just a corporate initiative, HERizons by Nippon India serves as a powerful platform to recognise and celebrate women who are driving change across sectors, reinforcing the importance of diversity, leadership, and inclusion in today’s evolving professional landscape.
