The appointment comes at a pivotal time for Metasports as it accelerates its push to build globally competitive, community-first sports gaming experiences.

 In his new role, Manoj will lead Metasports’ marketing function across its current and upcoming portfolio, overseeing user acquisition, brand, partnerships, and social. He will also focus on building a scalable marketing engine, working closely with product, design, data, and growth teams.

Manoj brings over a decade of experience in building and scaling consumer internet businesses. An alumnus of NIT Rourkela, he spent eight years at Dream11, where he was part of the core growth team during its hyper-scaling phase, helping scale the user base to 270M in India, managing multi-million-dollar digital ad spends and driving 30× revenue growth through data-driven marketing, advanced attribution, and cross-functional collaboration.
