Kingfisher Premium Packaged Drinking Water Partners with Board of Control for Cricket in India as Official Good Times Partner for Indian Premier League 2026–28
Bangalore, Mar 28: Kingfisher Premium Packaged Drinking Water from United Breweries Limited, part of HEINEKEN, has announced its partnership with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) as the Official Good Times Partner for the Indian Premier League from 2026 to 2028.

Building on the success of its collaboration during the Women’s Premier League, the association now extends to the men’s IPL, with a focus on delivering immersive, fan-first experiences across multiple platforms.
As part of the partnership, Kingfisher will roll out a series of initiatives designed to enhance fan engagement both on and off the field. Key highlights include the Kingfisher Bird Cam, offering a unique “Good Times View” via spider cam during live matches, and the Good Times Zone, an in-stadium entertainment hub during the playoffs aimed at amplifying the match-day atmosphere.
The brand will also support IPL Fan Parks, elevate match screening experiences across social venues nationwide, and launch digital contests and engagement campaigns to connect fans more closely with key moments of the tournament.
Commenting on the partnership, Vikram Bahl, Chief Marketing Officer, United Breweries Limited, said:
“Cricket in India is more than a sport—it is a shared cultural moment, with the IPL bringing that energy alive at scale. For Kingfisher Premium Packaged Drinking Water, being present at the heart of these moments, in partnership with the BCCI, is a natural extension of what we stand for. Through this association, we aim to enrich how fans experience the game—whether in stadiums, fan parks, community screenings, or at home—by making every match more immersive, social, and memorable.”
Devajit Saikia, Honorary Secretary, BCCI, added:
“The IPL has always been at the forefront of redefining sports entertainment and fan engagement. Our collaboration with Kingfisher Premium Packaged Drinking Water brings together the passion of cricket fans and innovative fan experiences that extend beyond the stadium. This partnership will help create memorable moments for fans across the country.”
With the upcoming IPL season, these initiatives are set to enhance the viewing and match-day experience for millions of fans across India, further strengthening the league’s position as one of the world’s premier sporting spectacles.
