A Proven Track Record
All three founders played critical roles at The TEAM Companies, a leading payroll, business affairs, and technology provider serving the advertising, music, live events, and entertainment industries. Rahmansaher served as CTO, Smith as COO/CRO, and De Vooght as Global CFO. Under their leadership, the company grew into an industry powerhouse before being acquired by Cast & Crew—backed by EQT VIII, one of Europe’s largest private equity firms—in 2022. Rahmansaher previously spent a decade at Deluxe Entertainment Services leading enterprise technology. Smith previously served as Global CIO at McCann Worldgroup, while De Vooght spent 16 years at Red Bull, where she served as CFO of North America and Global EVP of Internal Management Advisory.
