Mumbai, Mar 25: Justdial has reported a significant year-on-year increase in consumer searches related to integrated fitness and nutrition services across the country. The insights are based on an analysis comparing search volumes between March 2025–February 2026 and March 2024–February 2025.

The data underscores a growing shift among consumers towards holistic health practices that combine structured fitness routines with professional nutrition guidance.

At the national level, searches for nutritionists and dieticians witnessed a 48% increase, reflecting rising awareness around balanced diets, preventive healthcare, and personalised nutrition. Among major cities, Delhi recorded the highest growth at 106%, followed by Mumbai with a 62% rise, indicating strong urban demand for expert dietary support.

Searches for personal training services grew by 18% across India, highlighting sustained interest in guided fitness routines and customised workout programs. Delhi saw a 45% increase, while Mumbai recorded a modest 5% growth, pointing to continued adoption of personalised training solutions.

Pilates emerged as one of the fastest-growing fitness categories, registering a sharp 74% increase nationwide. Delhi led with a 77% surge, closely followed by Mumbai at 72%, reflecting a growing preference for low-impact, core-strengthening workouts among urban consumers.

The findings indicate a broader trend of individuals increasingly prioritising comprehensive wellness solutions that integrate fitness, nutrition, and preventive health practices.
