Mar 19: The National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) is set to host the much-awaited India debut of critically acclaimed British comedian Toussaint Douglass with his hit stand-up show ‘Accessible Pigeon Material’.

The performances will take place at the Experimental Theatre on March 21, 2026, with two shows scheduled at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. This special presentation is part of the NCPA Off Stage series, in collaboration with Soho Theatre and supported by Bajaj Beyond.
Fresh off multiple sold-out runs at London’s Soho Theatre, Douglass brings to Mumbai a show celebrated at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, blending humour with reflections on life, love, loss, and belonging—with a quirky twist involving pigeons. Directed by Lee Griffiths, the performance explores the complexities of the human experience through an engaging and unconventional comedic lens.
Douglass has received widespread acclaim, including a Best Newcomer nomination at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards 2025, along with recognition from leading publications such as The Guardian, Evening Standard, The Times, and The Telegraph. He has also been highlighted as a must-watch act by The New York Times.
This India tour is presented by Soho Theatre India, which has been instrumental in promoting South Asian comedy talent globally for over a decade.
