CoTrav, an end-to-end travel management company, has announced two major milestones that reinforce its growing leadership in the artist travel and events ecosystem in India.
The company recently managed the complete travel logistics for Russell Peters’ India tour, spanning seven cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Shillong, and Kolkata. CoTrav handled end-to-end coordination, including flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and overall tour movement management.
This large-scale, multi-city assignment highlights CoTrav’s capability in executing complex travel operations for high-profile entertainment tours, further strengthening its position in the artist travel segment.
In addition to this achievement, CoTrav has been named Co-Presenter for EEMA South Factor 2026, the flagship annual conference organized by the Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA) South. The event is scheduled to take place at Pragati Resorts in Hyderabad.
Since its inception in 2019, EEMA South Factor has evolved into one of the most prominent platforms in the South Indian events landscape, bringing together event managers, wedding planners, artists, and experiential industry leaders for networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
CoTrav’s co-presentership reflects its deepening industry partnerships and expanding influence within India’s events and experiential ecosystem. The dual milestones signal the company’s ambitious growth trajectory as it continues to scale its presence across the entertainment, travel, and live events sectors.
