For actors, staying fit is not just about looking good on screen, it’s about discipline, energy, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle despite long shooting schedules. Many actors make fitness a part of their daily routine, and for Kushagre Dua, fitness has been a journey that started long before he entered the world of television. Currently seen as Garv in Prathaon Ki Odhe Chunri: Beendani on Sun Neo, the actor believes that his early love for sports played a big role in shaping his fitness mindset.
Talking about his fitness journey, Kushagre shares, “Fitness has always been a part of my life. The inspiration actually comes from my childhood because during my school days I was very active in sports. I played almost every sport like football, cricket, badminton and volleyball. Sports helped me understand the importance of staying active and disciplined from a very young age. After my 12th standard, I developed a strong interest in gymming and started working out regularly, which eventually became an important part of my lifestyle.”
He further added, “Over time, I realized that fitness is not just about lifting heavy weights. In the beginning, I focused mostly on weight training, but after entering the acting field, I understood that achieving a particular kind of body requires different types of workouts. That’s when I started including cardio, functional training and even boxing in my routine. These workouts not only give me the results I want but also make fitness more enjoyable for me. For me, staying fit is not just a requirement as an actor, it’s something I truly enjoy and feel passionate about.”
