10 October 2024, Mumbai – Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL), one of the largest City Gas Distribution (CGD) companies in India, introduces second edition of the popular ‘MGL CNG Mahotsav’ after a successful one last year. The scheme launched on 1st October 2024, is for purchase of new commercial Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicles, and for retrofitted commercial vehicles in Mumbai, Thane & Raigad Districts.
Designed to support sustainability, CNG Mahotsav offers exciting incentives to encourage moving to CNG vehicles, a cleaner and more environmentally friendly fuel. MGL has partnered with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for promoting new CNG vehicles, and with leading CNG kit distributors to promote quality retrofitment.
The incentive will be available as a CNG fuel Card up , depending on the vehicle model for new vehicle purchase & for retrofitted vehicle as mentioned below.

These fuel cards can be used at MGL’s CNG stations, including select BEST bus depots like Ghatkopar and Goregaon. For convenience and to avoid queues, you can book your filling slots through the “MGL Tez” app.
