Mar 13: Sherry Singh created history by becoming the first Indian to win the prestigious Mrs Universe 2025 title, held in Manila, Philippines. Prior to her international victory, she was crowned Mrs India 2025 UMB Pageants, earning the opportunity to represent India globally. Competing against contestants from across continents, Sherry emerged victorious, marking a landmark moment in Indianpageantry history.
Recognised for her poise, eloquence, and advocacy around women’s empowerment and mental health awareness, her win reflects resilience, leadership, and the evolving identity of modern Indian women.
Hailing from Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, and academically trained at Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi, followed by a Master’s in Fashion Merchandising & Retailing from FDDI, Noida, Sherry’s journey is both aspirational and globally relevant.
