PeopleStrong Appoints Adishri Charla as Senior Vice President – Marketing to Drive Global Brand and Growth Strategy

New Delhi, Mar 11th: PeopleStrong, a leading HR tech company, today announced the strategic appointment of Adishri Charla as Senior Vice President – Marketing. In this role, Adishri will lead PeopleStrong’s global brand, overall marketing strategy, help accelerate growth and customer engagement as the company continues its rapid expansion across India, Asia, the Middle East, and emerging markets.

Adishri brings close to two decades of B2B marketing expertise, spanning start-ups and large global enterprises. She joins PeopleStrong from UiPath, where she held progressively senior marketing roles, most recently as Director and Head of Marketing for India & SAARC. Across her tenure at UiPath, she played a central role in the company’s growth journey from its early high-growth phase to category leadership in the region, driving integrated, revenue-aligned marketing strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and building customer and community marketing programs that earned multiple industry recognitions.

PeopleStrong has been making rapid progress, backed by Goldman Sachs Alternatives. PeopleStrong has onboarded some of the leading names in India and the Middle East including Force Motors, Apollo Hospitals, DS Group, Omantel, Al Nabooda Automobiles, NFPC and more. They have been named the Technology Solution Provider of the Year at ET Human Capital Awards and was also named the HR Tech Provider of the Year at People Matters Infini-T Awards. PeopleStrong was also named as Customers’ Choice of HCM Suites in the Gartner ‘Voice of Customer’ Report for over 1000 employee enterprises for 4 consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025). Adishri’s appointment is poised to further accelerate this progress across the regions.

Prior to UiPath, Adishri worked at Oracle India, where she led GTM strategy and marketing programs for Systems and Cloud Infrastructure offerings, driving digital and on-ground initiatives. Her tenure at IBM India focused on global product marketing and marketing analytics.

A vocal advocate for women’s leadership, Adishri holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and HR Development, further complemented by executive programmes at Columbia Business School and ISB.
