
New Delhi, Mar 10: Leading Indian-Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) manufacturer, Tilaknagar Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Ms Ina Bajwa as Chief People Officer (CPO). She will report to the Chairman & Managing Director and will be based at the company’s Head Office in Mumbai, effective immediately.
Mr Ameya Deshpande, Chief Strategy Officer, Tilaknagar Industries who has been overseeing the human resource function as an additional responsibility in the interim, would continue with his core responsibilities spanning Corporate Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Investor Relations.
Ms Bajwa is a senior human resources leader with over 22 years of experience across diverse sectors including retail, e-commerce, technology, banking, consulting and infrastructure, working with both Indian and global organizations. Over the course of her career, she has held several CXO and global leadership roles within the Tata Group.

Prior to joining Tilaknagar Industries, Ms Bajwa was Group Head – Talent & Engagement at Landmark Group, Middle East, leading CEO and executive succession and talent strategy across retail brands. Earlier, she served as CHRO at Tata 1mg, Chief Talent Officer at Tata Digital and held senior HR roles at Tata Communications. She began her career with HSBC and Essar Group, gaining experience across large global organizations.
Ms Bajwa brings deep expertise across the full spectrum of human resource management, including talent and succession management, leadership development, organization design, performance and rewards, workforce planning, culture transformation and HR digitization. She has also led large, multicultural teams across geographies.
Ms Bajwa holds a PGDM in Human Resources from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Economics from Panjab University. She is also an alumna of the Tata Group Strategic Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and holds multiple professional certifications in talent management, assessments and executive coaching.
