Nothing Launches Phone Series in India, Redefining the Mid-Range Smartphone segment with Telephoto Cameras and Flagship Performance
Mumbai, Mar 10: London-based consumer tech unicorn, Nothing launched the Phone (4a) Series in India, introducing Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro. Designed to raise the bar in the mid-range segment, the new lineup combines Nothing’s transparent design, powerful Snapdragon performance, advanced telephoto cameras, and the latest Nothing OS experience.

Both devices feature large AMOLED displays, upgraded Glyph lighting interfaces, and a massive 5400 mAh battery with 50W fast charging. Powered by Nothing OS 4.1 based on Android 16, the phones bring smarter AI tools, deeper personalisation, and a smooth, fast everyday experience.
Nothing Phone (4a)
Phone (4a) delivers a best-in-class triple camera system, featuring a 50MP OIS main camera and a 50MP 3.5x telephoto lens with up to 70x Ultra Zoom, alongside a Sony ultra-wide sensor and a 32MP selfie camera. Powered by the TrueLens Engine 4 computational photography system, it enables Ultra XDR photos and AI-enhanced imaging, making it easy to capture everything from landscapes to distant subjects with clarity.
The phone features a 6.78” 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, protected by Gorilla Glass 7i. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset delivers fast everyday performance and smooth gaming. The device also introduces the new Glyph Bar, a refined lighting interface that provides smart notifications and can double as a fill light for photos and videos. The transparent design returns in bold colour options including Blue, Pink, Black and White, paired with IP64 protection.

Phone (4a) Pro pushes the experience further with flagship-level camera hardware, including a Sony LYT700C 50MP main sensor and a 50MP 3.5x OIS telephoto lens capable of up to 140x Ultra Zoom. Combined with the TrueLens Engine 4 and Ultra XDR imaging, it delivers powerful zoom, improved low-light photography, and cinematic 4K video capture.
The device features a 6.83” 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and the slimmest bezels ever on a Nothing phone, delivering a more immersive viewing experience with up to 5000 nits peak brightness. Powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, it offers flagship-grade speed and AI performance. The phone is built with a precision metal unibody design, IP65 durability, and an upgraded Glyph Matrix with 137 mini-LEDs that brings sharper, more expressive notifications.
