Hyderabad, Mar 10: Cyient Limited, a global Intelligent Engineering solutions and services company, has announced key leadership transitions aimed at strengthening its long-term growth strategy and operational excellence within its core business. Effective April 1, 2026, Prabhakar Atla will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), while Shrinivas Kulkarni has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
These appointments reflect the company’s continued evolution toward a performance-driven operating model and its broader growth strategy aligned with Cyient’s “Embracing Intelligence” approach — integrating human knowledge, domain expertise, and advanced technologies to maximise stakeholder value.
Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer, Prabhakar Atla will transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer. A veteran leader with over two decades at Cyient, Atla has played a significant role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and strengthening business resilience. In his new position, he will focus on scaling next-generation delivery models, developing future-ready talent, and enhancing client experience through effective operating frameworks. His responsibilities will include improving execution agility, driving operational scalability, and ensuring excellence in customer-centric delivery.
Shrinivas Kulkarni, who most recently served as the CFO of Cyient DLM, will step into the role of Chief Financial Officer of Cyient Ltd. Over the past decade, Kulkarni has led several strategic initiatives within the Cyient group, driving financial discipline, operational efficiency, improved cash conversion, and margin expansion. As CFO, he will oversee Cyient’s global financial strategy, manage investor relations, and guide business finance operations to support competitiveness and sustained profitability.
