Mumbai, Mar 5 : Hinduja Group one of India’s largest most diversified multinational conglomerateshas announced the appointment of Ramesh Narayanaswamy as Group President Digital and Data Intelligence. This is in line with the Group’s focus on digital transformation and continuous advancements to drive innovation and impact at scale.
Ramesh brings almost three decades of experience, including over 18 years at the CIO, CTO, COO level. He brings deep expertise in digital platforms, enterprise-scale transformation, and data-led innovation across banking and financial services, e-commerce, logistics, as well as the public sector. He has led large technology organizations, driving high-impact initiatives such as super apps, digital bank build-outs, legacy modernization, cloud transformation, and advanced data engineering practices.
Prior to joining Hinduja Group, he served as Group Chief Technology Officer at Aditya Birla Capital. He has also held leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Citibank, CIMB Group, Singapore Post, and High Tech Payment Systems, and has worked across India, Malaysia and Singapore.

Mr. Narayanaswamy holds an MS in Public Policy and Technology from the University of Turin, Italy, an MBA from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and an engineering degree from BITS Pilani.
