Mumbai, Feb 27 : Narnolia Financial Services, a diversified financial services group with capabilities across asset management, investment banking, wealth advisory and institutional solutions, has partnered with Global Investment Strategy (GIS), London, an international investment manager known for its qualitative stock selection and globally diversified portfolio approach, to introduce a cross-border investment platform for Indian investors.

At the centre of this introduction is a globally domiciled UCITS fund/structure, designed to provide diversified exposure across international markets, including selective allocation to India. Operating within a regulated European framework, the structure combines GIS’s global portfolio construction expertise with Narnolia’s 27-year track record in Indian equities, research-driven investing and risk management. The platform is intended for informed investors including HNIs, institutional participants and distribution partners seeking structured global access within a credible governance framework.

The collaboration will be formally introduced at a closed-door, invite-only investor forum scheduled to be held on 27 February 2026 in Mumbai. Curated as a perspective-led dialogue rather than a conventional product launch, the evening will convene select HNIs, institutional investors and senior market participants to discuss global allocation strategies, India’s long-term growth trajectory and the evolving sophistication of Indian capital.

Krishna N. Narnolia will outline the strategic rationale behind expanding global allocation access for Indian investors. Alastair J.M. Walton of Narnolia is expected to share a global macro and geopolitical outlook, followed by insights on Indian market dynamics from Shailendra Kumar. Eric Anderson from GIS will introduce the fund structure and its portfolio approach. The programme will also feature moderated discussions with senior market voices, concluding with closing remarks by Rohit Narang.

Speaking on the forum, Krishnanand Narnolia; Founder & CMD says,

“India remains one of the most compelling long-term wealth creation stories. At the same time, disciplined portfolio construction requires the ability to participate in global opportunities as they emerge. This platform is designed to give investors structured access to international markets within a credible and governed framework.”

Eric Anderson, Founder & CIO – GIS London adds;

“The GIS-Narnolia collaboration brings together complementary strengths: global insight and local intelligence, institutional discipline and deep market understanding.”

Alastair J.M. Walton; Advisory Director and Chairman – International Advisory Board adds, “Global markets move in distinct cycles. Our partnership with GIS  allows us to combine international investment expertise with strong local understanding, creating a bridge between Indian capital and global opportunity.”

The initiative reflects a broader shift in investor behaviour, as rising financial sophistication and expanding capital pools drive greater interest in geographic diversification and currency exposure. While the event marked the formal introduction of the structure, investor participation will follow through established regulatory and onboarding processes.
