Shillong, Feb 26: Courtyard by Marriott Shillong announced the appointment of Sharoni Sharma as its new General Manager, effective 23rd February 2026. Bringing over 15 years of experience across luxury and upscale hospitality brands in India, Sharoni joins the only internationally branded hotel in Meghalaya’s capital to drive operational excellence, elevate guest experiences, and strengthen the hotel’s market presence.

Sharoni’s career spans leadership roles with esteemed properties including The Leela Palace Jaipur, The Roseate, JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, and The Westin Goa. She is recognized for optimizing operational efficiencies, enhancing guest satisfaction, and building high-performing teams.
