Feb 25: Building on the legacy of its celebrated Mumbai’s Best Brunch, an ongoing signature IP that has positioned JW Café among the city’s most sought-after Sunday dining experiences, JW Café at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar presents a festive Holi edition, Colours of India, on March 1, 2026. Renowned for its expansive culinary storytelling and immersive hospitality, the restaurant brings its signature brunch format into dialogue with the spirit of the festival, creating a refined and vibrant celebration of togetherness.
Rooted in nostalgia and executed with contemporary finesse, the brunch draws inspiration from ingredients long embedded in Indian kitchens – saffron, turmeric, beetroot, kokum, and fresh greens with each shade represented through a regional lens.
The afternoon begins with light, flavour forward offerings such as Saffron infused Shorba and Curated chaat bowls, followed by live stations featuring Amritsari Paneer Tikka, Kokum spiced seafood, and Guntur chilli inspired specialities. The main buffet balances indulgence with familiarity, with highlights including Paneer Lababdar and Rajasthani Laal Maas alongside fragrant Kesar Elaichi Pulao and freshly prepared breads from the tandoor.
Desserts round off the experience with festive staples including traditional Gujiya, Thandai Mousse, and live Mini Malpua served with Rabri.
Elevating the celebratory spirit, the brunch will feature a live music band, setting an energetic tone for the afternoon. Thoughtfully curated interactive activities for children will ensure younger guests are equally engaged, making the Holi edition a wholesome family affair.
With live music enhancing the vibrant ambience and the warm conviviality synonymous with JW Café, the brunch offers guests an elegant yet lively setting to mark the occasion. Celebrating Holi through flavour, colour and community, the experience beautifully captures the festive spirit while staying true to the essence of Mumbai’s Best Brunch.
